In this role, you will develop theories for understanding, characterizing and organizing natural phenomena into a systematic and relevant pattern for research into potential new products or inventions.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><ul><li>Coordinate interdepartmental activities and research efforts.</li><li>Participate in intellectual property evaluations and development of patent applications.</li><li>Present ongoing work and findings to senior staff and external events and summarizes the nature and methodology of the research.</li><li>Collaborate with industry or academic specialists to apply the results of research and develop new techniques.</li><li>Create and conduct experiments and analyzes results and data.</li><li>Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.</li><li>Aqua Nutrition research, builddesign, reports, research internal and externally</li><li>Other duties as assigned<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Minimum qualifications: <br></strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>Experience in the aquaculture industry</li><li>Advanced english<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred qualifications:<br></strong><ul><li>Master degree preferred</li><li>Beginning-to-working knowledge of research techniques</li><li>Experience in shrimp nutrition or production or R&D related to shrimp</li><li>2 -3 years of related work experience</li></ul>
